Daily Journal: How has the economy, or other factors, affected the types of disputes you are seeing?

Horton: The economy hasn't really affected the type of disputes I am seeing. The economy has resulted in increased litigation with decreased court resources to deal with that litigation. Thus, the alternative dispute resolution process is more vital than ever to our civil justice system.
