Daily Journal: How has the economy, or other factors, affected the types of disputes you are seeing?

Collins: I see more matters involving distressed properties and distressed businesses and, generally, see more matters involving banks. This is a newer version of the 1980s savings and loan crisis that hit when I was in the fraud unit of the U.S. attorneys office.
