Pepper Hamilton throws office reception in Los Angeles
Pepper Hamilton attorneys, clients and friends gathered in Los Angeles last week to celebrate the expansion of the firm's Los Angeles office. The event brought together more than 100 attendees including lawyers from across the firm's three California locations. Among those present were firm CEO Scott Green, Executive Committee Chairman Louis Freeh and Chief Administrative Officer John Pooler. The firm opened its L.A. office in May 2012 and in August 2013 increased its office space by more than 85 percent to accommodate a growing number of attorneys. The office focuses on a variety of matters, including health care transactions, regulatory and operational counseling and related litigation; complex commercial litigation; real estate and real estate finance transactions; corporate and government-related investigations and enforcement proceedings; complex commercial transaction matters including technology and outsourcing; and general corporate and securities matters. — Ben Adlin
