'Inflated, overcharged': How plaintiffs hope to convince jurors the NFL gave viewers a bad deal

LOS ANGELES - Despite the National Football League's contention that DirecTV was the sole price setter for its "Sunday Ticket" broadcast package, evidence shown during a month-long trial proved the opposite, a plaintiffs' attorney told jurors Wednesday. The league is accused of scheming to stifle broadcast competition with the package deal, violating antitrust laws, in a case which could cost it billions.
