Sidley Austin expands California presence with new San Diego office
"San Diego's strong nucleus of life sciences and technology companies makes our entry into this market a natural fit for our continued expansion strategy," partner Yvette Ostolaza stated.
Sidley Austin LLP announced Thursday the opening of an office in San Diego, the law firm's fifth location in California.
The San Diego office launched with five partners: venture capital specialist Jon A. Olsen, litigator Christopher M. Egleson, private equity specialist Eric Kauffman, finance attorney Cindy M. Lovering, and emerging companies attorney James Lu. The office also includes additional associates and support staff.
