'Fascinating' case names plaintiffs' attorneys in cross-complaint

Baird Brown sued Michelle Pak, his former office manager, in November over an alleged failure to disperse settlement funds to clients. Pak has accused Brown's counsel of physically assaulting her in a cross-complaint.

A Los Angeles County judge declined to bifurcate a lawsuit accusing a law firm's former office manager of conspiring to funnel clients to a different firm and failing to disburse settlement funds.
