Andrues led a team that conducted a four-month investigation into the culture of the
Ohio State University marching band following allegations of sexual harassment. The
team interviewed over 185 individuals as part of the investigation.

A report made 37 recommendations, including hiring a compliance officer and rewriting
and clarifying some of the band's policies.

Andrues also represents Jeffrey Burum and Colonies Partners LP in criminal and civil
actions. Burum faces criminal charges for allegedly bribing San Bernadino County
officials for a $102 million settlement of a lawsuit brought by Colonies against the
county. Following a dismissal of the bribery charges, the California Supreme Court
reversed the trial court's decision in 2013.

"Basically the court ruled as a matter of law, but it doesn't mean the government
can sustain those bribery counts."

Andrues got the trial court to dismiss the conspiracy charge against Burum last year.
The decision was appealed. People v. Biane et al., 8207250 (San Bernadino Super. Ct., filed May 9, 2011).
