What prompted you to go into ADR? A belief that most issues can be resolved by negotiation. First big case:


Involved a desert community contaminated by hexavalent chromium Most difficult case: The same case; the scientific evidence wasn't as developed as it now is. But it is because of that case that scientific evidence became more developed. One thing the ADR industry could do to improve the justice system: Allow it to be incorporated in some manner into the court system.
