    I have served as a mediator on the Los Angeles County Probate Court Mediation Panel since its inception in 1998. I have conducted more that 150 mediations with a settlement rate in excess of 95%. I am currently a member of the Probate and Trust Panel of Alternative Resolution Centers (ARC).

    I am an "evaluative" mediator as opposed to a pure "facilitative" mediator. I tend to be pro-active and try to make maximum use of my experience in the probate and trust field in helping the parties reach a mutually acceptable settlement. I am very attuned to the "emotional component" of these family disputes and try to be sensitive to all of the parties.
