Ana M. Sambold is a highly effective and experienced Southern California mediator and arbitrator. She is on the neutral panels of the San Diego Superior Court, ADR Services, Inc., Better Business Bureau (BBB), and American Arbitration Association (AAA). She has successfully helped over 1,000 parties and attorneys resolve their most challenging disputes involving: breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation, business/partnerships management/dissolution, creditor - debtor, insurance coverage, subrogation, auto manufacturer's warranty, uninsured motorist, vehicle accidents, slip and fall, construction defect, defamation, personal injury, professional malpractice, employment, partitions, easements, landlord/tenant, HOAs, real estate transactions, civil harassment, living trusts, family law, elder abuse, and consumer/business matters. She consistently achieves outstanding results by virtue of her remarkable tenacity, commitment to each case, creativity and positive attitude. Her unique civil law expertise and fluency in Spanish makes her extremely qualified to understand the cultural nuances and undertones that facilitate the resolution of disputes in multicultural settings and between multilingual parties. Ms. Sambold is Co-Chair of the California Lawyers Association (CLA) (former State Bar of California) Litigation Section - ADR Committee, which advises on public policies related to mediation and arbitration. She is on the Board of Directors of the Southern California Mediation Association (SCMA) and is the San Diego Representative for Women in Dispute Resolution for the American Bar Association (ABA). She has taught extensively on conflict resolution, communication and cross-cultural conflict management at UCSD, SDSU and other organizations with the National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC). She is licensed to practice in California, Federal Court Southern District and Colombia. Ms. Sambold received her credentials in dispute resolution from Harvard Law School and Pepperdine University School of Law. She can conduct mediations and arbitrations entirely in Spanish when necessary and is available for mediations through the statewide offices of ADR Services, Inc.
