Discipline hearing for Justice Jeffrey Johnson set for Aug. 5

A hearing on sexual harassment and misconduct allegations against 2nd District Court of Appeal Justice Jeffrey W. Johnson is scheduled for Aug. 5, the Commission on Judicial Performance announced Friday.

A hearing on sexual harassment and misconduct allegations against 2nd District Court of Appeal Justice Jeffrey W. Johnson is scheduled for Aug. 5, the Commission on Judicial Performance announced Friday.

The hearing will start at the State Bar Court in Los Angeles at 9 a.m. The special masters panel to conduct the hearing consists of 4th District Court of Appeal Justice Judith L. Haller, San Diego County Superior Court Judge Louis R. Hanoian and Imperial County Judge William D. Lehman.

Johnson is represented by Costa Mesa attorney Paul S. Meyer and San Diego attorney Reginald A. Vitek.

The commission staff attorney is Emma Bradford.
