SAN FRANCISCO - Last spring was big for Zendesk Inc. In March, the cloud-based customer
service platform acquired Zopim Technologies Pte Ltd., a Singapore-based live chat
software company. And in May, Zendesk raised $115 million during its initial public
offering.
