Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Adam Y. Chang has hiked to the top of three mountains in Southern California -- Mt. Baldy, Mt. Wilson and Mt. Rancho Cucamonga. Surmounting these peaks was not a daunting challenge though for someone who has attained even loftier goals throughout his life.

This includes earning a doctorate in biochemistry from USC while simultaneously attending Loyola Law School at night.
