SAN FRANCISCO — Judge Brian L. Ferrall says he is like a sponge, always trying to absorb more information to help him make his decisions.
Since his appointment to the Superior Court in November 2020, Ferrall said, he has used every tool he could get his hands on to educate himself on criminal procedure and criminal law.
