WEST COVINA — As a deputy public defender for 20 years, Commissioner Sharonda P. Bradford rejected the notion that she was a voice for the voiceless.

“I do not believe that anyone is voiceless,” she countered. “I think it is a matter of who is willing to listen and I enjoy that it is my job that everyone in that courtroom is listened to.”
