​​At 2 a.m. on Oct. 9, 2017, high winds drove a catastrophic wildfire west over six lanes of the 101 freeway in Santa Rosa, forcing attorney Oscar A. Pardo, his wife and three children to evacuate their home in the Coffey Park neighborhood.
