      LOS ANGELES - Judge Elizabeth A. Lippitt is a cowgirl at heart.
      She has filled her Superior Court chambers in Van Nuys with Western-themed mementoes, including hand-tooled leather saddles and reproductions of Frederic Remington bronzes.
