NEWPORT BEACH - Greg Jones was 16 or 17 when he started thinking seriously about the law.
"I got arrested for reckless driving," Jones said.
He had taken his 1965 "muscle car," a teal Oldsmobile 442, out for a little spin. An officer clocked him at 100 mph.
