      YUBA CITY - The old, but well-kept wooden bookcase in the corner of Judge Christopher R. Chandler's chambers once belonged to his great-grandfather.
      It made its way from Fresno to this farming town north of Sacramento on the back of a flatbed truck, Chandler recalled.
