WOODLAND - It's 1 a.m. Sunday when the phone rings at Yolo County Superior Court Judge Timothy Fall's house.
His wife, Liz, hands him the phone and tells him Glen is on the line. But Fall, who occasionally gets awakened in the middle of the night to sign search warrants, doesn't know any police officer by that name.
