FULLERTON - A Spanish-speaking defendant with a common surname appeared a few weeks ago before Orange County Superior Court Judge Randall J. Sherman.
Police had picked up the defendant on an old warrant and, despite his protests that he was the wrong guy, had taken him to jail.
