      REDWOOD CITY - To the casual observer, it was a routine courtroom exchange.
      San Mateo Superior Court Judge Susan Etezadi allowed attorney Lisa Maguire to enter a no-contest plea on her client's behalf and sentenced the absent man to two years probation for domestic violence.
