      YUBA CITY - A teenager strutted into Judge Brian R. Aronson's Sutter County courtroom on a recent Thursday wearing a striped shirt and an ear-to-ear grin, as if he knew a juicy secret.
      The young man was on the juvenile judge's progress review calendar and, it turned out, pretty pleased with himself.
