LOS ANGELES - Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Kevin C. Brazile presided over a wrongful termination trial last summer in which the jury heard extremely personal details about the plaintiff's health problems.
At one point, the plaintiff burst into tears while under cross-examination by defense attorney Amy Semmel of Kelley Semmel LLP.
