      SACRAMENTO - Sacramento Superior Court Judge Eugene L. Balonon could be accused of being a job hopper.
      Three times he left his post as a prosecutor in the Sacramento County District Attorney's office to try his hand at other work. As a result, it took him almost 20 years to become a 10-year veteran of the office.
