      POMONA - In college, Tia G. Fisher was a trial junkie.
      The first time she set foot in a courtroom was on an assignment for a class at UCLA where Fisher was studying philosophy. She waited outside Department 95, a mental-health courtroom, for several minutes before getting up the courage to go inside.
