      FAIRFIELD - He may be the presiding judge of the Solano County Superior Court, but David Power is also a judicial jack of all trades.
      "I've done probate cases, civil-case management conferences, misdemeanor and felony trials," Power said, noting that he is also racking up experience as a court administrator.
