      FULLERTON - When the alarm goes off at 5 a.m. every weekday, Orange County Superior Court Commissioner Allen K. Stone heads for the gym.
      Stone pedals for 45 minutes, works on his weight-lifting routine, and, twice a week, swims 1,500 meters.
      "I keep myself physically fit," he said.
