VENTURA - As a child growing up in Brooklyn, N.Y., Henry J. Walsh spent the long hot days of summer watching some of the greatest baseball players of all time.
On any given day, Walsh might catch a glimpse of Duke Snider, Willie Mays or even Mickey Mantle catching a fly ball or hitting a home run.
