SAN RAFAEL - Roughly 50 potential jurors filled Terrence Boren's courtroom on a recent morning. They had requested to be excused from sitting on a jury that would be asked to find whether two men are guilty of murder. The two defendants also sat with their attorneys at the front of the courtroom.
