WESTMINSTER - Put Judge Rick Larsh in a room full of people and you're bound to have a few laughs.

Deputy District Attorney Wendy G. Brough remembers hearing Larsh speak to a large group of lawyers and judges.

"He had us in stitches," Brough said.

It's just his nature, said his wife, Nadine Larsh. "He likes to have fun."
