FRESNO — Senior U.S. District Judge Anthony W. Ishii has put in his time.
He was a justice court judge in Fresno County, before the area was populous enough to have a full municipal court system, and remained in the region as a district judge, shouldering one of the biggest workloads in the nation for nearly two decades.
