LOS ANGELES — Judge Terry A. Bork is energized by jurors.
After 6½ years in preliminary hearings on the Los Angeles County Superior Court, Bork moved to a felony trial court earlier this year. The judge said he is motivated by jurors’ sense of altruism, which has solidified his belief in the brilliance of the jury system.
