TORRANCE -- Hanging from the walls of her courtroom are posters of Malibu, Catalina Island and other picturesque California destinations.
Judge Ramona See brought them over from her stint at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse in Los Angeles where, instead of serving decorative purposes, the artworks cover up some unsightly spots made in the 1950s and 1960s, she said.
