LOS ANGELES — Judge Leslie Swain made one big move in her nearly 20-year judicial career, packing up her chambers in the now-shuttered Hollywood courthouse and relocating to downtown Los Angeles.
Today, she’s pretty firm about staying put at the Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center.
“I’m going to stay here in Department 131 forever, I hope,” Swain said.
