VALLEJO — Solano County Superior Court Judge Tim Kam said he was lucky in his long career as a prosecutor to have mentors that helped shape his style in the courtroom.
As a young prosecutor in Shasta County, Kam said he was fortunate to be under the supervision of McGregor Scott, the current U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of California.
