OROVILLE -- Commissioner Leonard Goldkind has seen generations of families appear in Butte County Superior Court.

"I've seen the grandkids of juveniles that I prosecuted when I was first in the DA's office back in the early 1980s," he said.

Goldkind still works with minors, presiding over a delinquency calendar along with a misdemeanor and DUI calendar.
