POMONA -- In a recent speech at his alma mater, Judge Robert Serna told students to "dream big."
It was the advice given to Serna at pivotal moments in his life by people such as his criminal law professor, George M. Dery of Cal State Fullerton, who saw greater potential in him than perhaps he did himself.
