DUBLIN -- Judge Paul Delucchi mirrored his father's path to the bench: They went to the same college, the same law school and they were both prosecutors.
The only difference was Delucchi was appointed by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger while his father was tapped by Gov. Ronald Reagan. But even at that stage, the Delucchis had something in common.
