Mono County is a quiet place. But sometimes tourists visiting the area’s famed ski slopes can’t hold their altitude.
“If you come up to 8,000 feet and you go skiing, then you drink alcohol, you get dehydrated a lot quicker,” said Superior Court Judge Gerald F. Mohun Jr. “The alcohol will affect you a lot quicker. We see some of that.”
