RIVERSIDE - Commissioner Walter Kubelun has returned to the chambers where he started his judicial career in 2007, which means he has extra wall space for his sports memorabilia.

"This is a huge chambers," he said of his office at the Riverside Hall of Justice. "If you've been in any other chambers, this is the biggest one."
