LOS ANGELES — Judge Amy D. Hogue worked many cases involving celebrities, but one of them had actually visited the stars.

Astronaut Neil Armstrong, the first man on the moon, had filed a complaint against one of Hogue’s clients, who used his likeness in a brochure.

“Neil Armstrong was very vigilant in never commercializing himself … it was a righteous position,” Hogue said.
