FONTANA — Ten years before his current traffic court assignment, Judge James J. Hosking’s election bid against a judge filled San Bernardino County headlines.
In 2010, he ran against Judge Robert Lemkau, who denied a woman’s request to change a visitation order after her ex-boyfriend emailed letters threatening to kill them both along with their 9-month-old son.
