SAN FERNANDO — The nation watched a live broadcast of former deputy district attorney, now Judge David Walgren in a downtown Los Angeles courtroom as he held up a small bottle of propofol, the anesthetic that caused the death of Michael Jackson.

Walgren led the prosecution in the televised involuntary manslaughter case against Dr. Conrad Murray, who was charged with negligently administering a lethal dose.
