Contra Costa County Superior Court
Judge Virginia M. George's first assignments on the Contra Costa County Superior Court, overseeing misdemeanor jury trials and felony preliminary hearings, were a homecoming of sorts.
George began her career as a deputy district attorney in the county's Richmond courthouse after graduating from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
