Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiff contended, per Marvin, that they had an oral and implied pooling agreement to share all of their acquisitions during their non-marital cohabitation or in the alternative quantum meruit recovery for plaintiff's services in defendant's construction and rental housing business.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Defendant contended that there was no such agreement and that any agreement was barred by the statute of limitations.
