Facts
On March 3, 1995, plaintiff Jose Wilson, a truck driver, was operating a loaded tractor-trailer, traveling southbound on I-91 in the No. 4 lane. Defendant Robert Daigle was operating a loaded tractor-trailer owned by defendant Larry Daigle in the No. 3 lane, when the defendants' truck "jacknifed" and entered the No. 4 lane. The plaintiff attempted to steer clear of the defendants' truck, but the plaintiff's truck struck the defendants' trailer. The plaintiff brought this action against the driver and the registered owner of the truck based on negligence theories of recovery.
