Facts

Vederi LLC filed a patent infringement suit against Google Inc. involving Vederi claimed that Google's "Street View" service infringed on Vederi's patents entitled "System and Method for Creating, Storing and Utilizing Images of a Geographic Location." Vederi sought a permanent injunction restraining Google from infringing on its patents as well as costs and attorney fees and other relief.

Result

Google filed for summary judgment for non-infringement.
