Plaintiffs filed suit against Warner Brothers Entertainment Inc., contesting the rights to Superman and Superboy.

Result

The court denied all of the plaintiff's claims for relief, finding that Laura Larson entered into an enforceable settlement agreement with Warner Brothers in 2001. The court also granted summary judgment to the defendants in regards to Superboy.
