On Nov. 13, 1994, plaintiff Pamela Frey, a 45-year-old administration manager for a major airline, slipped and fell while descending a gangway owned, controlled and maintained by the defendant homeowners association, Seagate West. The plaintiff brought this action against the defendant based on negligence theories of recovery.
